Monofilament polyester gauze is the  simplest and most regular fabric made of single-strand material. Traditionally,  once it is overstretched, it tends to stretch, even reaching its "plastic  deformation" point. In order to overcome this problem, low elongation  polyester printing screen can solve this problem. The single thread  makes our printing screens easier to display and register in detail. At the  same time, it is easy to clean and recycle because its simple structure  minimizes the possibility of clogging during printing. In addition, it shows a  smoother and smoother surface compared to multifilament products.
 Multifilament polyester gauze is formed  by twisting multiple strands to form a fabric with rough surface and similar  appearance to traditional multifilament. And this roughness makes it easy to  adhere to the stencil and a large amount of ink deposition, so it is considered  to be an ideal choice for silk screen printing on textured or contoured  surfaces. The label of the multifilament polyester screen printing mesh has the letters "xx", the most common types are 8xx, 10xx and 12xx.  Generally, the smaller the number, the higher the roughness of the screen  display.
