Filter material

100% PTFE needle-punched felt fiber, single-filament/multi-filament structure; some products are equipped with ePTFE membrane surface to improve filtration accuracy and enhance anti-adhesion.

Surface treatment

It can be treated with hot pressing, singe, calendaring or PTFE coating to form a smooth, low friction, and non-dust-stick surface.

Edge-sealing form

The top is often equipped with PTFE or stainless steel sealing rings, which ensure reliable sealing through sewing or ultrasonic hot melting.

Advantages and Features

Extreme environment resistance: resistant to high temperatures of 260300°C, chemically stable at pH 114.

Efficient ash removal: Smooth surface has low adhesion, suitable for pulse/backblowing ash cleaning.
